Slow Walking

This relaxing group will walk on mostly flat/no steep trails at various agreed-to parks once a month. Goals are to enjoy nature; share observations and inspirational thoughts/writings, and engage in slow movement like Tai Chi or other deep breathing activities. Other possibilities will be to take phone photos of the environment and any other options the participants create as a group.  Last Saturday of each month from 1:30-3:00 pm.
