SUMMARY:Life’s Toolbox for Pre-Teens
DESCRIPTION:Youth Academy presents “Life’s Toolbox for Pre-teens”.  Youth ages 9-12 are invited to explore a Social Emotional Wellness Toolbox with Youth Academy Coordinator\, Valerie Hura.  Using movement\, yoga\, art\, writing\, games\, videos\, books\, and more to discover what tools you have in your toolbox to deal with life.   \n\n\n\nThe First look into the toolbox we explored the tool of yogic breathing. The next workshop will focus on personal space. Join us March 15th\, 2025 from 10:00 am till noon at Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Cleveland (UUCC). The program is free and open to all who are interested (UUCC members\, friends\, and the greater community) To reserve a spot for your pre-teen email valerie.hura@uucleveland.org with the name of your youth.  Valerie will get back to you with more details.
