SUMMARY:Life's Toolbox for Pre-Teens: Connecting With Nature
DESCRIPTION:Over the past few months\, the Youth Academy of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Cleveland (UUCC) has been building a “Life’s Toolbox” with pre-teens—filled with healthy\, mindful practices to support well-being. Through movement\, yoga\, writing\, games\, and art\, participants have explored tools such as personal space\, feeling identification\, yogic breathing\, mindful doodling\, and journaling.Our next session invites pre-teens to explore how connecting with nature can support a healthy and balanced life.
