SUMMARY:Tending Covenant Circle
DESCRIPTION:As our congregation approaches a capital campaign\, it is only human to find ourselves a bit anxious when talking large sums of money and altering our “congregational home” when there are differing views among us. \n\n\n\nLaurie Albright and Mike Miller will conduct a session that will reinforce/remind ourselves how we live into our congregational covenant throughout this process\, and focus on how we want to treat/be with each other. \n\n\n\nThe process involves a talking piece\, and we will engage in a series of rounds. Each person has an opportunity to respond in each round (or can pass). We will gather in Fellowship Hall for 90 minutes. \n\n\n\nPlease indicate your interest by sending an email to: Ljalbright@hotmail.com\, and \, your availability to gather from 10:00-11:30 on Saturday January 10. DESCRIPTION:Happy New Year to all!!Harry’s Kitchen Crew is back to prepare another delicious “main menu entrees” on Sunday\, January 11th after the Sunday service. This month’s dining theme is “Guess\, what is in the Crock-Pot?” \n\n\n\nHarry’s Kitchen Crew will bring 4 to 5 edible delights that will please carnivores\, vegans\, omnivores\, vegetarians\, and kids of all ages…..there is no “slow cooking going on in the Kitchen”. The “FAST cooked meal” will be provided by the happy members of Harry’s Kitchen Crew. \n\n\n\n\n\nFor January\, members and friends with last names beginning with A-K will supply the salad or side dish for 8 people \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor January\, members and friends with last names beginning with L-Z will supply the dessert for 8 people \n\n\n\n\n\nYou can drop off your shared dish at the Kitchen Window and the Crew will tag & place them on the tables in the Fellowship Hall. \n\n\n\nThis month also features a Congregational Conversation\, facilitated by the Sabbatical Committee\, where we’ll reflect together on our work as a congregation during Rev. Randy’s sabbatical. \n\n\n\nWe all look forward to seeing you on Sunday\, January 11th. \n\n\n\nWhether you bring a dish or just yourself\, you are always welcome at the table.
