DESCRIPTION:Happy June to all!! \n\n\n\nAre we Chillin’ or Thrillin’ or GRILLIN’? \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are having our annual Picnic after the Sunday Service and following the Annual UUCC Meeting. Harry’s Kitchen Crew is back to prepare delicious “main menu entrees” on Sunday\, June 7th. Please remember to bring your own lawn chair(s) or picnic blanket. \n\n\n\n\nWe ask that you\, if you can\, bring the following to share:The congregation member(s) with last name that begins with letter A thru K will supply the DESSERT for 8 people.ANDThe congregation member(s) with last name that begins with letter L thru Z will supply the SALAD OR SIDE DISH for 8 people. \n\n\n\n\nYou can drop off your shared dish at the outdoor tables and the Crew will tags for them. \n\n\n\nWe all look forward to seeing you on Sunday\, June 7th. \n\n\n\nThis “Grilling meal” will be provided by the happy members of Harry’s Kitchen Crew.

DESCRIPTION:A note about how to fit being a Navigator for our UUCC Pretrial Support Team into your busy schedule. You make your own schedule! Whether you can spend a couple of hours a month\, or more\, it’s up to you. \n\n\n\nMany of our Navigators are working full or part time. You decide how many clients you can take at a time – some people can take one\, others more. \n\n\n\nYou can provide the entire support to your client over the phone. You remind them of their court dates over the phone. If your client needs transportation\, you can mail bus passes or schedule Uber for them. You refer them to needed community resources\, using our listing of services and “211” over the phone. \n\n\n\nOur Navigators are doing an amazing job\, and we need more volunteers to keep up with our referrals. Every volunteer helps a person through a confusing and frightening time in their life. Can you help?
