DESCRIPTION:Join us after service for our 2nd Sunday Meal! Each month we gather in community to share food and fellowship. \n\n\n\nSpring has sprung and the cold weather is behind us\, cross your fingers. Some people say “April showers bring May flowers”\, but Harry’s Kitchen Crew (“HKC”) says… “April weather brings Harry’s Kitchen Crew back to share delights!” \n\n\n\nThis month’s dining theme is … “What’s in your SPRING Step?” Come skipping in or hopping in or walking into the Fellowship Hall for a shared meal together. Harry’s Kitchen Crew will prepared the “main” entrees to cover everyone’s dietary needs. \n\n\n\nWe ask that you\, if you can\, bring the following to share: \n\n\n\nThe congregation member(s) with last name that begins with letter A thru K will supply the SALAD or SIDE DISH for 8 people. \n\n\n\nAND \n\n\n\nThe congregation member(s) with last name that begins with letter L thru Z will supply the DESSERT for 8 people. \n\n\n\nYou can drop off your shared dish at the Kitchen Window and the Crew will tag & place them on the tables in the Fellowship Hall. \n\n\n\nWe all look forward to seeing you on Sunday\, April 12th. \n\n\n\nThis springful message was provided by the wonderful members of Harry’s Kitchen Crew!

DESCRIPTION:In celebration of Earth Day\, the Community of Rainbow Affirming Youth (RAY) is thrilled to partner with the Doan Brook Watershed Partnership to host Flowing Together: Expressing Interdependence with the Natural World Through Watercolor Painting. \n\n\n\nUsing water gathered from Doan Brook\, LGBTQ+ teens and teen allies (ages 12–18) will explore the theme of interdependence—between people\, place\, and planet—through watercolor painting. Guided by Emily Kao\, Executive Director of Doan Brook Watershed Partnership\, participants will learn how the brook connects and sustains our community\, and reflect on their own relationships with nature and each other. \n\n\n\nYouth will have the opportunity to express their thoughts\, feelings\, and memories through art. Finished pieces may be shared independently in an online gallery hosted by Doan Brook as part of their Voices of the Brook initiative. \n\n\n\nThe evening wraps up with a Choose Your Own Adventure after‑party\, featuring: \n\n\n\n\nSnacks and refreshments\n\n\n\nArt and craft stations\n\n\n\nGames and playful activities\n\n\n\nChill spaces to relax and connect\n\n\n\n\nEvent Details\n\n\n\n\nWhat: Flowing Together\n\n\n\nWhen: Friday\, April 17\, 2026 | 6:30–10:00 PM\n\n\n\nWho: LGBTQ+ Youth & Youth Allies (ages 12–18)\n\n\n\nWhere: 21600 Shaker Blvd\, Shaker Heights\, Ohio\n\n\n\nHow to Register: Email Valerie Hura at valerie.hura@uucleveland.org\n\n\n\n\nRAY is a ministry of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Cleveland (UUCC).
