As we step into the 2026–2027 year, the Board is excited to share our main strategic priorities! Our focus this year is on strengthening our congregation’s foundation, supporting our wonderful staff, and making sure our leadership and operations run smoothly.

Here is a high-level look at what we are setting out to do together this year:

Updating our Policies: We are reviewing and updating some of our policies to ensure our guidelines are clear and up to date.

Committee Charters: We will engage committee members and leaders to update committee charters for our Membership, Finance, and Investment teams. This will help with sharing responsibilities and establish clear plans for committee leadership and succession.

Staff: We are launching a pay equity analysis to compare current staff compensation against other recommendations, and we will review our overall staffing structure so we can best support our congregation’s needs today and in the future.
