As we’ve publicized over the past few weeks, we’ve posted a job description for a new Director of Lifespan Faith Development to tend the congregation’s needs. This job description was crafted by the Search Committee and approved by the Board based on feedback from multiple segments of the Congregation. We are now in the process of receiving resumes and letters of interest. Our timeline is to hold initial interviews in late May, in the hopes of introducing a final candidate to the congregation during an in-person visit in June. The intended start date for this position is September 1. We’re grateful to welcome Rev. Jacquie Zarley during the months of July and August to engage us in some multigenerational play and exploration for the summer. Rev. Jacquie will begin work as a UU chaplain at the VA in October.
