This year’s Small Group facilitator workshop will be offered on two dates: Wednesday, November 18 from 7 to 9 pm and Saturday, November 21 from 1 to 3 pm. Choose either date. Both meetings will take place on Zoom!
This year’s agenda has some important topics:
- Community, Spirituality, and Justice: new ways of thinking about small groups: You won’t change how you run your group, but these categories can offer new ways to present yourself to new members and connect with other activities in the church.
- Brainstorming new ways to connect with each other in the COVID era: Whether your group is meeting in person, on Zoom, or not meeting, talk with other facilitators about how your groups are keeping connections going in this difficult time period.
- Help with Zoom and other technologies: We aren’t all techie gurus, so how can you use technology to connect with each other. What resources are available via the church?
