At this session, we specifically discuss how congregations can use their space to build affordable housing. Pastor Daniels from Emory Fellowship will lead our conversation by sharing about the work done at Emory Fellowship in Washington, DC.We’ll cover a host of topics from the tactical (e.g. how to even start) to the legal (e.g. tax credits, historical building designations) to the broader vision (e.g. how to get congregants, the neighborhood, and the municipality on board).
