Playground Facelift
UUCC Members and Neighborhood volunteers last Saturday scraped the UUCC playground structures getting them ready for a new coat of stain. Every day of the week kids can be seen using our playground.
Freecycle
Heather Torok once again took the lead on organizing Freecycle and arranging for unclaimed items to be donated to Easter Seals. Several people from the congregation showed up early to set up tables and haul items from the stage in Fellowship Hall to become part of the donations. Over 15 families and individuals contributed items to this year’s Freeccycle. Staff members Sharon Edmond, Michael Kuehm, and Vertis Nelson helped make sure everything went smoothly.
