Last week, Rev. Randy invited us to reflect on a story about a woman who tosses a glove she’s left because she’d rather someone have the pair than for her to only have one glove.
Getting good at “tossing our gloves” requires that we have the chance to toss our gloves! Because practice is how you get good at stuff!
So this Sunday, we’ll be tossing gloves, mittens, socks and scarves––so that we can get good at tossing our gloves, and ALSO so that we can embody the spirit of generosity that comes with making sure everyone who needs warm items this year has them.
Please bring any warm weather items and your best throwing arm for Sunday!
Sometimes it is hard to tap into our spiritual selves or find time to nurture our creativity and intellectual curiosity. Here is a section that reflects on some nourishing materials from around the web and related media channels in order to get us thinking, get us feeling, and get us reflecting on the lives we are living in this big world. **Some Adult/Mature Themes May Appear in Links and Other Attached Material**
