Online Mindfulness Meditation Class

Mindfulness is the practice of being present with awareness. The benefits of being in the present moment expand to cover all aspects of life. It increases one’s ability to cope with stress, to live life with ease and resilience. It improves physical and mental health. It increases joy and the sense of purpose inline.

This class will provide a discussion of the practice of insight meditation and offer a guided insight practice. All are welcome, beginning and advanced practitioners alike. It is offered through Zoom.
