The Youth Academy OWL program looking for 7th-9th graders!

Seeking your assistance in spreading the word that the Youth Academy of UUCC is offering the Our Whole Lives (OWL) program for 7th-9th graders. To facilitate the Our Whole Lives 7th-9th grade program as intended by the Unitarian Universalist Association it is recommended that we have at least 8 youth participants. We do not currently have enough participants. Do you know any families with Youth in 7th, 8th, or 9th grade who would benefit from learning about healthy sexuality? If you do please invite them to attend a parent/guardian information session Wednesday October 23, 2024 from 7:00-9:00 at UUCC or pass on the flyer to them. Details in flyer.
They do not need to be members of UUCC to participate. If they are interested they should reach out to Youth Academy Program Coordinator, Valerie Hura. [email protected] 216-307-3116. We are finding that word of mouth is the most effective way to promote the program so please TALK IT UP!
