- Pledge income of $375k is about $2k lower than budget
- Rental income of $25k is about $2k below budget
- Total operating revenue of $525k is $2k behind budget.
- Expenses of $697k are $38k higher than budget – mostly due to the capital campaign (both timing of expenses in the budget and the actual cost of the campaign).
- “Other income” of $152k is $288k better than budget due to investment gains of $250k (net of investment fees) and timing of some capital improvements projects
- NOTE: This excludes $508k in capital campaign receipts (and a small amount of interest on these funds) that are included in our financial statements
- Our overall finances show a loss of $19k vs a budgeted loss of $268k
- Again, this excludes the $508k of capital campaign receipts
