- Expenses of $933k are $18k higher than budget – due to the capital campaign and some building and grounds expenses
- “Other income” of $345k is $532k better than budget due to investment gains of $442k (net of investment fees) and timing of some capital improvements projects
- NOTE: This excludes $805k in capital campaign receipts (and a small amount of interest on these funds) that are included in our financial statements
- Our overall finances show a gain of $66k vs a budgeted loss of $418k
- Again, this excludes the $805k of capital campaign receipts
