Slow Walking: Join us for a relaxing group walk on mostly flat/no steep trails at various agreed to parks once a month on the last Saturday of each month from 1:30-3:00 pm. Our goals are to enjoy nature, share observations and inspirational thoughts/writings, engage in some slow movement like Tai Chi or other deep breathing activities. Other possibilities will be to take phone photos of the environment and any other options we create as a group. Our first meeting, weather permitting, will be the 4th Saturday of April 24, 2021.
