Industrial Hygienist did a preliminary survey, provided recommendations for air flow in the Sanctuary implemented on 12/12/21. Additional building recommendations forthcoming.

All Pro Integrated Systems selected vendor for new sound system, approximate start in 6 to 8 weeks.

Buildings Grounds

Paul Thompson Roofing contracted to repair roof will begin on a weekend depending on weather and Covid staffing issues. Hallway ceiling, and floor tiles replaced shortly thereafter.

New dumpsters purchased and delivered.

Communications

New internet hub set up in Memorial office significantly improving internet speed.

Internet service vendor being selected and will be first contact for major issues.

Social Media Group recruited 2 additional members: John Bacon & and Cat White, next meeting in early January.
