Current and aspiring Small Group Facilitators are invited to attend an upcoming facilitator training opportunities! We will hold a Zoom session on Thursday September 28th 7:30-9:30 PM.

The training will provide materials, discussion and instruction on a range of topics including:
* “Soul Matters” tools designed especially for Small Groups
* Listening Circle examples
* Best Practices for leading a small group / Avoiding common facilitator pitfalls

We’ll also encourage facilitators – both existing and aspiring – to discuss what types of support they need from the Small Groups Ministry team.

You do not have to already be a group facilitator to attend this training. There will be several congregational conversations this year, and we will need people to facilitate those conversations. We encourage all who are considering facilitating or co-facilitating a group or congregational conversation to join us on the 28th!
