- Our financial performance from operations ended the year worse than budgeted. NOTE: All numbers are unaudited.
- Pledge income of $509k was $4k below budget
- Rental income of $43.5k was $13k behind budget –due to multiple tenants informing us following the completion of our budget that they were no longer going to use our facilities. (won’t you be happy to not be seeing those words going forward?)
- Total operating revenue was within one percent of budget: Nearly $720k, $7k below budget.
- Expenses of nearly $842k were $9k over budget, within one percent of budget
- Net loss from operations of $122k was $17k over budgeted loss of
- “Other income” of $76k was $286k better than the budgeted loss of $210k, primarily due to investment gains and timing of some Building & Grounds projects
- So our overall finances show a loss of $46k vs a budgeted loss of $315k, a positive difference of $269k
