The UUCC Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 23 at 12:15 pm. All members of the congregation are encouraged to attend. Non-members may attend as observers. A quorum of 20% of the Membership is required for the meeting.

Our 2021 Annual Meeting will be held via Zoom. In order to determine membership and quorum all attendees are asked to log into Zoom using their actual name. If two members are joining via the same screen please include both names when signing in. Once in the meeting you will not be able to change your name. If it isn’t correct please send a chat message to the Host identifying who you are. If we need help identifying who is on your screen or have other questions a board member will send you a private chat. You will need to respond to their message in order to participate in the message.
Voting in the Annual Meeting will be done using Zoom polls. There are 4 votes being taken at the meeting and all of them are Yes/No/Abstain. All of the votes have the following options:
Options 1 – 3 are for most participants – those with only one member on the zoom screen.
- YES
- NO
- Abstain
Options 4 – 7 are for two members attending the meeting using the same zoom screen. No one else should vote these options.
- Two members YES (only for two members on screen)
- One YES, on NO (only for two members on screen)
- Two members NO (only for two members on screen)
- Two members abstain (only for two members on screen
Note: We do not have the ability to support more than two members joining the meeting from one zoom screen.
