Our increasingly indoor, screen-centered lives can leave us disconnected from the natural world—and from something essential in ourselves. This service explores the idea of “nature deficit disorder” and considers what we gain when we step outside, pay attention, and reconnect with the living world around us. What might nature teach us about wonder, belonging, healing, and our place in the larger web of life?
Whether you’re a longtime Unitarian Universalist or visiting for the first time, all are welcome to participate in this inclusive space. Children and youth are invited to join our religious exploration programs, while adults are welcome to stay for coffee hour following the service.
Come as you are—no matter your background, beliefs, or questions, you are welcome here.
