The annual Harvest Auction is one of the most anticipated gatherings of the year at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Cleveland. It’s part fundraiser, part community celebration, and a chance to enjoy an evening together.

What makes the Auction special is that so much of what we auction comes from our own community. Members and friends share their talents, interests, creativity, and resources—from dinners and outings to handmade items, services, tickets, getaways, and experiences.

That means the Auction is about more than what you take home. A winning bid might introduce you to people you haven’t met, bring you together with old friends for dinner, teach you a new skill, or send you somewhere you’ve never been.

A UUCC Tradition

Over the years, the Harvest Auction has become a way for people throughout the congregation to participate in whatever way works for them. Some create or donate. Some host events. Some volunteer behind the scenes. Some come ready to bid. Many do a little of everything.

Along the way, we raise funds that support the life and work of our congregation while building connections within our community.

New to the Auction?

You don’t need to know how everything works before joining in. Come for the evening, browse the offerings, enjoy the company, and see what catches your interest.

And if you’d like to participate more fully, there are plenty of ways to do that—from making a donation or volunteering to simply placing a bid on something you’d enjoy.
