The Annual Harvest Auction is one of UUCC’s favorite traditions—a lively, family-friendly evening of fellowship, refreshments, bidding, and entertainment. This year, we’re back in person on Saturday, November 1, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM.
The Auction Team is already planning a wonderful event, and we’d love for everyone to be part of it.
Ways to Participate
- Plan to attend – Bring friends and neighbors to share the fun!
- Donate an item or experience – Popular donations include themed baskets, restaurant gift cards, tickets to local attractions, handcrafted items, baked goods, dinners, guided outings, and services like child or pet care.
- Share your talents – Do you bake, sew, craft, or have special expertise? Others would love to bid on it!
- Contribute to special features – Donate a scratch-off lottery ticket for our Lottery Tree or a bottle of wine (red, white, or sparkling) for our Wine Bins.
- Volunteer your time – Help with setup, check-in, food service, or cleanup.
How to get involved
If you donated to a past auction, you may hear from the team to see if you’d like to offer something similar (or brand-new) this year. We believe everyone has something to contribute!
