The post Christmas Eve Service Dessert & Appetizer Potluck is on!
So, bring your favorite Desserts & Appetizers, BYOB, prior to the service, drop them off downstairs and be prepared to enjoy some festivities after the service. We’ll be providing hot cider, soft drinks, and the ubiquitous coffee & tea. We’ll have tables set up and dessert plates out & ready for after the service.
Please make sure all food is ready to serve when you bring it. Ex: If it’s cheese & crackers, you’ve already cut the cheese and laid it out on a tray.
2-3 Volunteers are needed before the service to help setup tables, chairs, receive and setup the incoming food. Get plates, silver, glasses ready. Other similar duties as needed.
3-4 Volunteers are also needed to help break down the tables, chairs, and otherwise put stuff away.
