A note about how to fit being a Navigator for our UUCC Pretrial Support Team into your busy schedule. You make your own schedule! Whether you can spend a couple of hours a month, or more, it’s up to you.

Many of our Navigators are working full or part time. You decide how many clients you can take at a time – some people can take one, others more.

You can provide the entire support to your client over the phone. You remind them of their court dates over the phone. If your client needs transportation, you can mail bus passes or schedule Uber for them. You refer them to needed community resources, using our listing of services and “211” over the phone.

Our Navigators are doing an amazing job, and we need more volunteers to keep up with our referrals. Every volunteer helps a person through a confusing and frightening time in their life. Can you help?
