Victor recently joined us as our Facilities Manager. He brings a lifetime of Facilities Management with him to UUCC. We are excited to have him with us.

At this time he is getting up to speed with the Shaker building and is fully responsible for managing/supervising the custodians (Michael and Vertis). All requests for Shaker Building custodial work should be directed to Victor instead of to the Building and Grounds Committee. 

Victor will take on Lancashire Building duties, including supervising the Lancashire custodian, after he has been oriented to the building and custodial duties.

The B&G committee remains important to UUCC. While Victor will be taking on the day-to-day duties of managing our facilities, the B&G committee is still important in supporting the building projects, budgeting, interfacing with Ministry for the Earth, backing up staff, bringing a wider perspective and knowledge of the congregation, and more. 

Victor’s office is room 110, on the first floor next to the library. He can be reached at victor.young@uucleveland.org. We’re still trying to debug his phone extension; in the meantime, you can reach him at 216-270-2289 which will direct dial into his office. Generally, Victor works 9-1 Monday thru Friday with some exceptions for standing meetings.
