Philosopher, historian, erudite and humorous observer of the human condition, social activist and UUCC Board member (for a few more days) Bob Horan will be the special guest on the June 28 episode of UUCC Zoom-In…LIVE! You may have read all sorts of other info about the show; THIS is the real deal.
“Yes, our communications about this episode have been less than ideal,” observed David Kantor, host of the show. “Recent events have required us to make a change in the guest for the June 28 episode — Bob was going to be our guest for our first show in July; he graciously agreed to appear a couple of weeks early when Joan Orr became unavailable to participate on that date. We’re hopeful that she’ll be able to appear on the July 12 episode that was previously scheduled to feature Bob.”
“We’re excited to have Bob on the show,” David noted. He’s a very insightful and funny guy who has the wisdom of experience and hasn’t been a member of our congregation for all that long. It’s a combination that enables Bob to look at our congregation in a way that many of the rest of us can’t. And when you hit the right topic and Bob starts going, watch out! You’ll be thinking, laughing and crying, all at the same time.”
