Beyond Retribution

Our congregation’s Pretrial Support Ministry is engaged in some amazing work. This focused care falls under a larger heading of restorative justice, a theologically grounded perspective that may feel at odds with our national definition of “justice.” It may even be different from what we practice in our personal and congregational life! How can we more intentionally normalize restorative justice?

Boilerplate: Join us for a Sunday service that celebrates connection, reflection, and community. Each week, we gather to explore themes of meaning, justice, and spiritual growth through inspiring music, thoughtful readings, and a message from a speaker or member of our congregation.

Whether you’re a longtime Unitarian Universalist or visiting for the first time, all are welcome to participate in this inclusive space. Children and youth are invited to join our religious exploration programs, while adults are welcome to stay for coffee hour following the service.

Come as you are—no matter your background, beliefs, or questions, you are welcome here.
