Facilitators do not make that transformation happen by themselves. They help create the conditions for it: a covenant people can use, room for different voices, careful listening, and ways to respond when a group gets stuck. UUCC is offering this participatory training twice this fall.

Chalica 2026 Week Six: Interdependence

his sixth week of Chalica we are honoring the interdependent web of all existence, of which we are a part. With reverence for the great web of life and with humility, we covenant to protect Earth and all beings from exploitation. We commit to creating and nurturing sustainable relationships of care and respect, mutuality, and justice. And we recognize the importance of repairing harm and damaged relationships.

Chalica 2026 Week Five: Generosity

This fifth week of Chalica, we lift up our value of GENEROSITY, through which we cultivate a spirit of gratitude and hope. We covenant to freely and compassionately share our faith, presence, and resources. Our generosity connects us to one another in relationships of interdependence and mutuality.
