Grounding ourselves in our deepest, life-affirming values is essential to our spiritual well-being.

We’re serving up a few different kinds of opportunities to be together in the weeks ahead. Some of them are going to feel a little bit different than our usual worship experience, but they’ll hopefully be meaningful to the people who choose to be present.

Winter is a time of rest for the natural world. We sometimes forget that we too are part of nature.  

We may want values and principles that provide a sense of comfort, but we might also wonder how being too comfortable can get in the way of being fully alive.

Our theme for December is Wonder. We’ll begin this Sunday with a spiritual grounding that is central to our faith tradition: surrendering to mystery.

We still have the capacity to be creative and persistent enough to extend genuine hospitality to one another—to express and receive active, unconditional love for one another. In mindfully apportioned, individually wrapped morsels.
