Food for Our Minds and Spirits: A Song for the Forests

Its a good thing that Pablo Neruda chose to write about the love of forests, because no one has written about love quite like Pablo Neruda. There really is no way to fully and comprehensively celebrate Earth Day or Earth Month. And maybe that’s a good thing, because a day or month is nowhere near enough time to contemplate and celebrate the Earth. But hearing Neruda’s words reminds us what appropriately-sized gratitude might look like.
