Food for our Minds and Spirits: Ouch. Oops. Educate.

One thing that the social media platform TikTok does well is that it invites people to connect and collaborate on ideas. Someone can post something and then you can stitch to it by referring to their video and making your own response or take on it. So, I did that with a very sweet, very affirming video about trans youth connecting with older adults. You can see the original here:

The stitch to this video that I made was a chance to really center how our own intergenerational community matters so much in our world, which is so full of need. How can we invite greater courage and greater willingness to connect and deepen our own interdependence?

Sometimes it is hard to tap into our spiritual selves or find time to nurture our creativity and intellectual curiosity. Here is a section that reflects on some nourishing materials from around the web and related media channels in order to get us thinking, get us feeling, and get us reflecting on the lives we are living in this big world. **Some Adult/Mature Themes May Appear in Links and Other Attached Material**
