Sometimes it is helpful to hear an old story in a new way. A friend of mine recently shared this retelling of the Good Samaritan parable with me, and I appreciated the thought provoking way it reframed the story. The interesting part to me is how the way that people talk about giving, charity, care for one another is put in the foreground here. But the central question from the old story is the same: what does it mean to be a neighbor to someone else, someone in need?
R. O. Hodgell, The Confrontation.
As it has ever been, what we do––not what we think, how we talk, or how we reason––is the most consequential part of our lives.
Sometimes it is hard to tap into our spiritual selves or find time to nurture our creativity and intellectual curiosity. Here is a section that reflects on some nourishing materials from around the web and related media channels in order to get us thinking, get us feeling, and get us reflecting on the lives we are living in this big world. **Some Adult/Mature Themes May Appear in Links and Other Attached Material**
