Next Thursday, July 28th, at 7pm we will begin planning for our October 11 action. The hybrid action (both onsite and virtual attendees) will feature a public hearing on the practice of binding juveniles over to the adult criminal justice system. The action will also include updates on our neighborhood captain work in low-voting communities in anticipation of the November election.

Topics for discussion will include:

• A review of the purpose of the action
• Identifying a theme for the action
• How to estimate and deliver on action participation quotas for your congregation
• Being ready to give a quota number and name a turnout leader at an August 23rd action-planning meeting
