Have a legal question? Legal Aid has answers!
Visit a Brief Advice and Referral Clinic to chat with an attorney about a problem related to money, housing, family, employment or other issues. Stop by a free Legal Aid Clinic: events are first come, first served. (Only questions on civil legal issues, not criminal problems). Please bring all important paperwork with you.
Legal Aid will host these clinics at select community centers, libraries, and partner organizations. By reaching into the community and connecting with clients when and where they need our services, we help eliminate barriers and increase access to justice. At our Brief Advice Clinics, Legal Aid staff and volunteer attorneys provide free, in-person consultations for civil legal issues related to: consumer rights, disability, domestic violence, education, tax, employment, family law, health, housing, foreclosure, immigration, public benefits, and utilities.
