The Aesthetics and Permanent Collection Committee at West Shore in Rocky River will be hosting “NUU” Art Exhibition: An Invitation for Northeast Ohio Unitarian Universalist Artists in early 2023. We are seeking professional and emerging artists from each of the area UU churches to consider participating in this exciting opportunity.

West Shore’s Aesthetics Committee will curate and install the show along with hosting a reception for all exhibiting artists and their guests in March. They hope to truly represent a wonderful network of artists from the area and share a method that our congregations can collaborate in a creative and meaningful manner.

Aesthetics Committee at West Shore Unitarian Universalist
This group welcomes individuals who have an interest in the physical environment and
visual appeal of the church. The committee works with artists and groups from the
church and the community to host exhibits. This opportunity provides emerging and professional artists, including youth and children, a space to share their creativity and visual
voices for others to view, reflect, and react to the work. This group is also responsible for
the church’s permanent art collection and holiday decorations. The Aesthetics Committee
meets at church on the first Wednesday of the month from 7:00-8:30 pm. Contact Jerry
