I’d Rather Be. . . Cutting Vegetables???

“I’d Rather Be… Cutting Vegetables???” invites us to consider a surprising idea: that even the most ordinary moments can be places of meaning when we’re fully present. Drawing on Ram Dass, Eckhart Tolle, and Zen Buddhism, this service explores the practice of paying attention—and how gently returning to the here and now can reconnect us with our lives as they are actually being lived.

Whether you’re a longtime Unitarian Universalist or visiting for the first time, all are welcome to participate in this inclusive space. Children and youth are invited to join our religious exploration programs, while adults are welcome to stay for coffee hour following the service.

Come as you are—no matter your background, beliefs, or questions, you are welcome here.
