Leadership in a spiritual community like ours can feel intimidating. Sometimes we have to intentionally remind ourselves that we are at our best when we are willing to learn and wrestle and grow together. With a collaborative spirit, we’ll take time this Sunday to bless our congregational leaders and consider how we all contribute to our work of co-creation.
