We are a story-telling people. Not only do we learn through stories, we’re constantly telling stories about ourselves, others, and the world we share. The stories we tell guide our behavior and beliefs. What are the stories we tell about other people? Whose voices do our stories amplify, and whose voices do our stories silence? Are the stories we tell about ourselves disempowering or empowering? Do they keep us stuck or inspire us to grow?
