We all share the need for oxygen. That knowledge deepened as the coronavirus raged through the world and images of a murdered George Floyd filed our newsfeeds. Breath is a sacred word: Ruah (Judaism), Ruh (Islam), Spirit (Christianity). Hinduism reminds us of the prana, life energy. How better to begin our month of Resilience?
