At the request of the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee, the Society will be focusing our worship service on the work of Waitstill and Martha Sharp. Rev. & Mrs. Sharp are the subject of a new documentary directed by their grandson Artemis Joukowsky and Ken Burns, entitled Defying the Nazis: The Sharp’s War, that aired on PBS (WVIZ locally) on Tuesday Sept. 20th.
