We pledge that you may rely on us to apply high standards of fiscal responsibility and ethical behavior.

We pledge to provide a transparent process that is accessible to anyone in UUCC free of favoritism.

We pledge to strive to create a decision that is fair and free of our personal biases.

We pledge not to use our knowledge of the process to benefit the projects we might like to see happen.

We pledge to support to the best of our ability every congregant in submitting a grant application.

We pledge to use confidentiality wisely as a tool to protect the proposal teams’  project development process and not as a means to obscure the transparency of the process of evaluating, awarding, and monitoring the projects.
