When we get involved in a community (or any human relationship, really) we might think that there are parts of ourselves that aren’t welcome. Sometimes other people might even tell us so. Maybe there are emotions or needs we try to exclude from those spaces. How do we welcome those excluded parts of ourselves back in? And how do we navigate the line between who we are and how we behave?
