Authenticity is a vital ingredient for a fully alive life. And a lack of authenticity is what holds many of us back from being the people we hope to be. Unfortunately, many of us learned over the years to be afraid of what others think of us. We’re afraid of being judged, criticized, and excluded. As a result, we learned to hide and to fake it in our first formation. How might our values call us to build more authentic (and vulnerable) connection?
