Hyde Park Service

If you have never participated in or attended a Hyde Park service, the service is called “Hyde Park” after a tradition in London’s Hyde Park, where people literally stand on a soapbox and expound on topics about which they care deeply. Sometimes the topics are as varied as the number of speakers. This service will focus on various aspects of the theme of “connections.” There are plenty of aspects to consider. What are our connections to animals, the earth, the dearly departed  and ancestors? Maybe you’d like to differentiate between connections and attachments, or some kind of literal tether! This is your chance to share your thoughts during what is always a stimulating and thought-provoking (and supportive!) service! If you are interested in participating in the service, please email Amy Collins. You would prepare a reflection 3-4 minutes in length.

See you in-person Sunday morning at our new time of 10:15 am. Services will also be live-streamed on Facebook or on YouTube.

Worship Leader: Amy Collins

Musician: Pam Schenk
