Overcoming Shame

Whenever we fall short of what we’re aiming for, we have a tendency to experience some degree of shame. While it probably doesn’t feel like it, our shame is trying to protect us from something, but it often gets in the way of our ability to embody our values. Fortunately, there are some spiritual practices that help us overcome our shame voice and commit more fully to a vision of wholeness.
