We all have some habits and routines. We probably do a lot of things without really thinking. We just do what we’ve grown accustomed to doing. Sometimes, though, our habits and routines outlive their usefulness. We might recognize places where we want to grow or change. Cultivating trust and authenticity in our relationships, for instance, might require us to develop some new habits. And when we want to grow or change, it often takes a bit of work. Where can we anchor that work and create meaningful, purposeful change in our relationships and in the world around us?
