The Courage to be Vulnerable

Sometimes we think of being courageous as taking a stand. And sometimes the way we choose to “take a stand” might look like digging in our heels. We might create conflict because we want to feel strong and safe while we work toward a better world. Maybe we do something similar in our personal relationships too. What if courage and vulnerability are better partners than we often imagine them to be?
