A joyful awakening lifts your spirit and opens your heart and oh how we love those joy-filled experiences! However, some awakenings are gradual and it feels like you’re coming out of a fog while others are startling, unexpected, and may feel like a bolt of electricity.Nevertheless, you may find treasures in unexpected places, wisdom from tongues you did not want to listen to, and beauty where you dared not to look.

Rev. Shirley A. Nelson is a speaker, interspiritual compassionate counselor, writer, and a workshop facilitator based in Cleveland, OH.  She is the founder of San’s Sacred Circle, a grassroots community-oriented program that empowers participants to participate in their own spiritual and personal growth by deepening their capacity for love and care for self and others.  Shirley earned a BA in the Psychology of Spiritual Literature and is a recent graduate of One Spirit Learning Alliance in New York, NY where she was ordained as an interfaith interspiritual minister.  Shirley offers inner-essence serenity sessions to individuals and groups for personal growth and wellbeing.
